Contracts and IP Results

IP is frequently at the core of many of the University’s Research Contracts. IP is often one of the inputs to the research and the outputs too will inevitably comprise some IP. It is therefore important that you are clear about the status of the different types of IP and about what rights you and others have to use it.

This section includes:

  • People and IP
  • Results and IP
  • Ownership of Results and IP
  • Licenses/Access Rights to IP and Results
